Pepperoni Pizza Muffins: A Bite-Sized Treat for Any Occasio
Ingredients:
1 can refrigerated biscuit or pizza dough
1/2 cup pizza sauce
1 cup shredded mozzarella cheese
1/2 cup chopped pepperoni
1/2 tsp Italian seasoning
Optional: grated Parmesan and chopped parsley for topping
Preparation:
Preheat oven to 375°F (190°C) and grease a muffin tin.
Cut dough into small pieces and press into muffin cups.
Spoon a little pizza sauce into each, then top with cheese, pepperoni, and Italian seasoning.
Bake for 12–15 minutes, until golden and bubbly.
Sprinkle with Parmesan and parsley if desired. Serve warm and enjoy!
