Best Ever Pepper Steak – Don’t LOSE this recipe
“A savory delight! Tender slices of beef paired with vibrant bell peppers and onions create a flavorful dish. Quick to prepare, it’s perfect served over rice for a satisfying meal!”

Ingredients:

1 lb flank steak, thinly sliced
2 tablespoons soy sauce
1 tablespoon cornstarch
2 tablespoons vegetable oil
1 bell pepper (red or green), sliced
1 onion, sliced
2 cloves garlic, minced
1 teaspoon ginger, minced (optional)
1 cup beef broth
1 tablespoon oyster sauce (optional)
Salt and pepper to taste
Cooked rice, for serving

Directions:

Marinate the Steak: In a bowl, combine sliced steak, soy sauce, and cornstarch. Let it marinate for about 15-20 minutes.

Cook the Steak: In a large skillet or wok, heat 1 tablespoon of vegetable oil over medium-high heat. Add the marinated steak and cook until browned, about 2-3 minutes. Remove and set aside.

Sauté Vegetables: In the same skillet, add the remaining oil. Sauté the sliced bell pepper, onion, garlic, and ginger (if using) until tender, about 3-4 minutes.

Combine: Return the steak to the skillet. Pour in the beef broth and oyster sauce (if using). Cook for another 2-3 minutes until everything is heated through.

Season: Taste and adjust with salt and pepper as needed.

Serve: Serve hot over cooked rice.

Enjoy your flavorful pepper steak!
